Quality Control.
Engineered into Every Batch.
From raw resin inspection to final container-load verification, every vegetable chopper that leaves our factory passes through a systematic 3-stage quality gate. No shortcuts. No uninspected lots. Just documented, repeatable precision.
Every Batch. Every Unit.
Documented at Every Gate.
IQC

Where Precision
Becomes a Habit.
Incoming Quality Control: The First Line of Defense
Every batch of raw material--from food-grade ABS resin pellets to 420J2 stainless steel blade coils--undergoes rigorous verification before it touches our production floor. We reject substandard inputs at the gate, so defects never have a chance to propagate downstream.
-
Material Certificates Verified: Food-grade compliance (FDA 21 CFR, LFGB § 30/31) confirmed against supplier CoA.
-
Visual & Dimensional Inspection: Color consistency, pellet size uniformity, and blade coil thickness tolerance checked against spec.
-
Lot Traceability: Each accepted lot is assigned a unique batch code, traceable through production to final carton.
In-Process Quality Control: Real-Time Vigilance
Our QC team patrols the production floor hourly, pulling random samples from each injection molding machine and assembly line. Parameters are monitored, parts are measured, and blade sharpness is verified on the spot--so issues are caught in minutes, not after thousands of units are produced.
-
Hourly Sharpness Test: Standard paper-tear test performed on blade samples from each line.
-
First-Article Inspection (FAI): Before any production run, the first unit off each machine undergoes full dimensional & functional sign-off.
-
Visual & Dimensional Patrol: Flash, warp, sink marks, and color mismatch flagged immediately; torque & snap-fit tested on assembled units.
Outgoing Quality Control: The Final Verdict
Before any container is sealed, our OQC team conducts a final inspection under internationally recognized AQL 4.0 sampling standards. Random samples are pulled from the finished lot, subjected to drop tests, functionality checks, and packaging verification. Only lots that pass every checkpoint earn the green light for shipment.
-
AQL 4.0 Sampling: Random sampling per ISO 2859-1; lot size determines sample count. Zero critical defects permitted.
-
Drop Test Protocol: 76cm drop from 1 point, 3 edges, and 6 sides per unit tested. Product & packaging must remain intact.
-
Complete Documentation: Inspection report, carton photos, and test certificates compiled for your review before shipment.
AQL 4.0 Inspection Standard.
No Ambiguity. No Gray Areas.
What is AQL 4.0?
Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) is the maximum percentage of defective units considered acceptable during random sampling inspection.
AQL 4.0 means a batch is accepted if the number of defective units found in the sample does not exceed the allowable limit for that lot size. It is the industry standard for houseware and kitchen tool exports.
Sample Size Reference
Sample sizes are determined by lot size according to the ISO 2859-1 General Inspection Level II table.
* Illustrative table. Full AQL chart available on request.
Defect Classification
Defects are categorized by severity. Our zero-tolerance policy on critical defects protects your brand reputation.
Safety hazards, food-contact non-compliance, sharp edges. Zero tolerance.
Functionality failure, broken parts, incorrect logo/color, packaging damage. AQL 4.0 limit applies.
Cosmetic blemishes, slight color variation, non-critical scratches. AQL 4.0 limit applies.
76cm Drop Test.
1 Point • 3 Edges • 6 Sides.
Drop
Height
Built to Survive the Real World -- Not Just the Factory Floor.
The 76cm drop test simulates the most common impact scenario during international shipping--a carton falling from a pallet or conveyor. Each sampled unit is dropped from 76cm onto a concrete floor across 10 different orientations:
-
1 Point Drop: The unit is dropped on a single corner--the highest stress impact.
-
3 Edge Drops: Each of three different edges is impacted--simulating carton edge strikes.
-
6 Side Drops: All six faces (top, bottom, front, back, left, right) are tested--covering every possible landing orientation.
Third-Party Inspection.
Your Eyes on the Ground.
SGS Inspection
We fully cooperate with SGS inspectors for pre-shipment quality audits, container loading supervision, and laboratory testing.
TÜV Rheinland
Our factory is prepared for TÜV audits covering product safety, quality management systems, and social compliance.
Intertek / Custom
Beyond major agencies, we welcome your own QC team or any accredited third-party inspector you designate.
How Third-Party Inspection Works with Us
You or your agency notifies us of the inspection date. We coordinate production timing to ensure the lot is ready.
Inspector reviews our QC records, pulls random samples per AQL 4.0, and conducts independent tests.
A detailed inspection report is issued. We review findings with you and address any corrective actions immediately.
Upon passing inspection, the lot is released for container loading. We provide loading photos and final documentation.
Blade Quality.
Tested to Perform. Proven to Last.
Sharpness: Paper-Tear Test
Every blade must cleanly slice through standard 80gsm paper with a single, smooth motion--no tearing, no snagging, no hesitation.
Rust Resistance: Salt Spray Test
Blades are exposed to a 5% NaCl salt spray at 35°C for a specified duration. No visible rust or pitting is permitted on the cutting edge.
Hardness: Rockwell Test
Blade hardness is verified using the Rockwell hardness scale (HRC). Our 420J2 blades are tempered to an optimal balance of sharpness and durability.
The ApexKitchen
Quality Commitment.
Zero Uninspected Lots
